What and when?

The Unbroken Endurance CUP is seeking the most durable athlete in Finland and who has the toughest engine of them all. After the three events the best athletes will compete for the podium spots at the Final event on the 25th of May.

 

Endurance Cup event 1 challenges athletes' cardiovascular endurance for four rounds.

Results must be submitted before 4.2.2024  23:59!

How to participate?

You can claim a competition pass, which includes the right to participate in all three competitions, from the attached link.

 

The price of the race pass is €45

​

If you wish, you can participate in individual competitions directly in the reppi.fi service (individual competition €19)

 

The competition fee of €45 for the live competition is paid separately against the competition invitation.

COMPETITION SERIES

In 2024, the Endurance CUP will see 8 competition series

​

In the youth category, the competitor must be under 18 years old until April 28, 2024.

 

In the Masters series, the competitor must be of the age of the required series by January 22, 2024.

What does it contain?

Endurance CUP competitions contain easy functional movements and are built to measure endurance characteristics in a variety of ways.

 

Movements can include, for example, rowing or skiing with the Concept 2 device. Running, kettlebell swings, burpees or push-ups or, for example, air squats.

 

More detailed information about sports and movements will be added to the reppi.fi application when the event is published.

Awards

Podium Gym Solution will reward the winners of the general category handsomely. Prices are awarded to the winners of the final event day 25.5.

 

The winner gets to choose the Concept 2 device of his choice.

 

In other series, the winners receive a certificate for the title of Finland's most durable athlete, and they are also rewarded with merchandise prizes from partners.

Video recording of the performance

Your competition performance must be videotaped and uploaded to YouTube or another streaming service where it can be easily viewed.

 

The video link is placed in the reppi.fi service when the results are entered.

 

The contestant is personally responsible for being able to watch the video in the manner required for judging. More detailed instructions can be found closer to the competition in the reppi.fi service under the rules.

 

We check the performance videos of the top 10 from each series, as well as randomly among 50 athletes in the general series.

What equipment is needed and where can the sports be performed?

You can perform the sports anywhere that has the following equipment:

  • Concept 2 rowing machine

  • Concept 2 ski machine

  • at least 5 m of floor area

  • kettlebells 24kg / 16kg

  • plate weights and plate bar
