Endurance CUP competitions contain easy functional movements and are built to measure endurance characteristics in a variety of ways.

Movements can include, for example, rowing or skiing with the Concept 2 device. Running, kettlebell swings, burpees or push-ups or, for example, air squats.

More detailed information about sports and movements will be added to the reppi.fi application when the event is published.
